Less Is More

There were times when I just had to be where things were happening.

If someone invited me to an event, I wanted to know whom and how many people were going to be there. A party didn’t start jumping off until the room got crowded and folks started bumping into each other…

Y’all know what I’m talking about! Fast forward to 2021.

Now when someone invites me to an event, I still ask who and how many people will be there. But, if it’s too many people I say, nah, I’ll pass on this one.

Things have indeed changed.

This is also true for how I approach travel. Previously, I wanted to fill a trip to capacity and take as many people as possible.

Fast forward to 2021 and my new approach is 20 passengers or less on a trip. In today’s environment, less is more. When you are ready to travel again, know that Overton Travel will have your best interest in mind.

We will make sure that you have room to spread out and breathe. We will take you to places we consider “safe escapes” where there are plenty of open spaces.
