I recently had a conversation with a new client that had booked a trip and paid in full without really knowing much about Overton Travel. We were referred to her by a friend that had previously traveled with us. Based on this referral and a little scoping out overtontravel.com, she jumped feet first right into the Overton Travel family. I was reminded once again of the power of word of mouth and the importance of a good reputation. Our Wanderlust Wednesdays webinar series and our amazing lineup of 2022 group trips have also been a source of bringing new clients into the fold. So, now is a good time to introduce ourselves to some and remind others about who we are.

Our tours immerse travelers in the culture, history, and cuisine of the destinations they visit. We design personalized, unique travel experiences for individuals as well as groups of all sizes. We are a full-service travel company and will manage all the details of your trip including transfers, flights, accommodations, tours, and special requests. Our Trips
Simply put, our trips are amazing! Our bread and butter are the pre-planned group trips and our sweet tooth are those custom trips we do upon request from individuals and organizations.
Pre-planned Group Trips: These trips are available in the Group Trips section of overtontravel.com. All the planning has been done, you just need to pay for your trip, follow our instructions, and show up at the airport on the right date and time! We take care of booking the flights, hotel, transfers, and tours. We guide you through the required travel documents (passports, visas, Covid tests, etc) and immunizations for your trip. We send you all of your travel documents several weeks prior to your trip as well as host a pre-trip meeting to walk through the trip details. An Overton Travel Ambassador, a representative of Overton Travel, accompanies each of these group trips to ensure that the trips run smoothly and to address any issues that may arise. Custom Trips: If you want to plan a custom trip just for your friends, family, or organization, we can create the dream trip for you. We have planned honeymoons, birthdays, family reunions, and “just because” trips for singles, couples, and groups. Due to the customization and extra time required, there is a trip planning fee for these special trips. You can review our custom trip planning process and request your own custom trip at the Request a Private or Group Trip section of overtontravel.com.
Payment Plans
Our group trips are typically launched 11 or more months prior to departure. Our payment plans are flexible, all you have to do is pay the deposit to secure your space and then you can pay the trip off by the final payment due date. The sooner you book the trip, the more time you have to pay for it.
