Check Your Passports and Go!

The travel bug has hit big time and folks are ready to see the world.  Now is the time to make sure your travel documents are in order and you know the rules for entry for the country to which you are traveling.

Particularly, check the expiration date of your passport.  Many countries require that your passport be valid for 6 months after your arrival or return date of travel.  For instance, it you plan to go to Dubai and arrive on March 6, 2022 your passport must be valid until September 5, 2021.  Currently, there is a backlog in the U.S. for processing passports and it is taking 3 – 4 months to issue or renew passports. So, pull out those passports now and check the expiration date!
